Rooibos

Grown in South Africa, rooibos is a tea-like infusion without the caffeine but rich with flavor and healthful benefits. Smooth with a slight hint of vanilla, rooibos (pronounced "roy-boss") is delicious hot or iced. The needle-like leaves of rooibos are picked, exposed to the sun (oxidized) until they become a reddish color, leading to the name "rooibos" or Red Bush. Also called red bush, red tea, bush tea.
