Fukamushi Sencha

Fukamushi or "Deep Steamed," sencha is steamed longer than other Japanese sencha green teas, resulting in a sweeter tea, and because there are more broken leaves, a more full-bodied tea. From Ogasa, Shizuoka, Japan.

Recommended Steeping: 45 sec to 1 minute at 160 F.
