Highest in anti-oxidants, white tea is named
for the numerous leaf tips that are covered with
downy white hairs. White tea is picked,
withered, and air dried with the least amount of
processing of any tea.
The flavor is very delicate and subtle.
This is a light bodied, honey-colored infusion
reminiscent of oolong tea. Unlike most white
teas, Mudan (peony) has a bolder flavor and
pleasant aftertaste.
