Strong and a little smoky, our Temple of Heaven gunpowder or
imperial gunpowder is a classic green tea from China.
Sometimes referred to as "pinhead," referring to
high quality, small leaves (top of the tea bush)
rolled into pellets the size of the tops of pins.
This is a sweeter and smoother tea than lower grades
of gunpowder green tea.
