Ordering Information

Online: Just go to the Shopping Cart and fill in your information as prompted by the shopping cart. All orders are safely sent through an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection and encrypted to ensure secure online transactions.

When you fill out the order form, you will see a yellow padlock on the lower right hand corner of your screen showing the page is safe and secure.

 

   

Note: Sales tax is only charged to non-tea items purchased in Minnesota.

 Mail: Once you've made your selections and added to your shopping cart, make sure to click on "Pay by Mail (Printable Order Form)" at the bottom of the first page of the shopping cart under "Payment Options". Press "Continue" and fill out your billing and shipping information as the shopping cart prompts. At the end of your transaction, the shopping cart will create an invoice for you to print out and mail to us. Our address:

Shipping
During checkout you will be allowed to choose a shipping method, UPS Ground, US Postal Service Ground, or US Postal Priority Mail. USPS Ground or UPS takes 4-8 business days, and Priority Mail 2-3 business days (incl. Saturdays). The price is based on weight and distance from our company in Minnesota. Additional charges may be added to orders from Hawaii or Alaska.

Packaging
Our tea is packaged in FDA approved, heat sealed, stand-up pouches with zip-lock enclosures. 

Returns
We do not accept returns of tea if the packaging has been opened (the heat-sealed closure has been broken). If you are not satisfied with any non-tea item, please contact us within 2 weeks for authorization and we will replace it or refund your money. All returns must be via USPS Parcel Post. If you are unhappy with the color or style, you can exchange the item but you must pay shipping costs. If you return the product, but do not want to make an exchange, we will refund the amount of the item.

Teapots & cups are guaranteed against breakage during shipping. Teapots damaged by placing directly on stove burners are not guaranteed. (Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.)
