Organic Sencha-Japan is grown and produced
near Kyoto in Japan. Light and smooth tasting,
this tea is certified by the US national Organic
Program (NOP) and OCIA International.
With green tea, keep the temperature low (160-180 degrees), and steep for only
1 or 2 minutes. One tip is to fill your mug 1/4 with
cold water and top with boiling water to get the
right temperature. Japan Sencha has a great lingering aftertaste. The second
infusion (1-2 min.) is also delicious.
