East Friesian (Ostfriesian), located on the North
Sea in northern Germany, is known for its heavy tea consumption. They
even have a tea ceremony: rock sugar is placed in a cup, strong tea is
added, and some cream is poured down the inside of the cup forming a
"rose" pattern in the tea.
Our East Friesian Blend is a blend of
Assam, Java, and Ceylon
black teas.
